Bale Trail intrigues visitors along the Historic Hills Byway

From the northeast east corner of the Bloomfield Square to a few miles north of Bloomfield, travelers can enjoy four unique Bale Trail sculptures along the Historic Hills Byway. “Bloom Where You Are Planted” on the northeast corner of the square was decorated by the Davis County Master Gardeners. The Davis County Power Paws 4-H Club created “Playful Puppy” in front of True Value. The Chequest Eagles 4-H Club created the “4-H Farm Fresh” display in front of a farm home on Highway 63 north, and Seaboard Foods’ display, also on Highway 63, is titled “Gettin’ Piggy with It.” Tori Ward, Coordinator of Historic Hills Scenic Byway, said more bale sculptures may appear before the deadline of Aug. 1
